Facilities

Once again, plenty of action on the Facilities front. The new building and the locker bay are being well utilised and the defect list is growing smaller by the day. 

Brief summary of recent works

• Replacement of hot water service in old VCE office
• Cleaning of storm water pipes near the Year 9 lockers
• Replacement of all screws on the PAC roof
• Repairs to the pump systems - irrigation and toilet water recycling
• Painting and caulking in the hall toilets
• Repairs to canteen oven
• Painting of PAC eave

We are currently planning for some important projects including sails on the oval tiers, replacement doors across the back of the PAC and Cave and sleeper wall replacement on the oval. Of course the major capital works will become a main focus as the year unfolds.
