Innovate & PBL Expo 

Save the Date!

June 14, 2023 (6pm) at Beaumaris Secondary College

We are extremely excited to announce the return of our Innovate & PBL Expo.

Our Innovate & PBL Expo is an opportunity for students to celebrate and showcase their learning with the school community. In doing so students share how they have used authentic inquiry in project-based learning. Students will display objects/posters/artefacts that showcase their PBL and create a 1-minute pitch that they will present on the night. 

In GOAL group this week, Year 7-10 students viewed the video below, created by our Year 11 and 12 students who participated in the 2018 and 2019 Innovate Expo. 

• Year 7 & 8 students will be showcasing their Innovate PBLs as a group.
• Year 9 &10 students will be presenting a PBL from one of their Specialisms. 

Parents will be voting on the best PBL from each year level and the winners' group will receive a prize and certificate. 

This is a compulsory school event for all Year 7-10 students and we look forward to seeing parents back on site.
