End of Term 1
The end of the term is here and what a busy term it’s been. We hope everyone has a great relaxing break these holidays and you find some time to do things that make you feel happy and recharged. Next term we have lots of things planned and are looking forward to an exciting term 2.
April is Stress Awareness month. So, try and take some time out for yourself. We have a stress-less calendar with examples of small things you can do for yourself to try and decrease the amount of stress you may be feeling! Somethings may work for you and some may not. It is just a guide to give you some ideas of techniques to try.
