Annual privacy reminder for our school community

Our school collects, uses, discloses and stores student and parent personal information for standard school functions or where permitted by law, as stated in the Schools’ Privacy Policy.

We currently provide access to Microsoft 365 and Google workspace for Education using our Tenant Domain Maffrasc.vic.edu.au.

These services allow students and teachers to collaborate anytime and anywhere using the following trusted and reliable tools:

• Microsoft Word to create documents
• Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations
• Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets
• Microsoft Sway as a digital storytelling tool
• Microsoft One Note as a digital notebook
• Microsoft Forms to create online surveys
• Microsoft Teams as an online learning environment
• Microsoft OneNote Class Notebook for collaboration
• Microsoft Outlook For Email Communications

Google Workspace for Education

• Google Classroom to create a secure, virtual space to facilitate learning opportunities
• Google Drive to share and access resources and student work
• Google Docs to create documents collaboratively 
• Google Slides to create presentations
• Google Sheets to collect data
• Google Forms to create surveys and quizzes
