Walk Safely to School Day

National Walk Safely to School Day (WSTSD) is on Friday, 19th May, 2023. The event seeks to promote road safety, health, public transport and the environment. Walking regularly is the best exercise you can build into your daily routine.

This year, we invite students and teachers from St Johns Park Public School to meet at St Johns Park Oval at 8:30am on Friday 19th May for the National Walk Safely to School Day. The teachers will lead the walk back to school at 8:40am, displaying walking safely behaviours. 

Parents are welcome to participate and support the students at our school.

In the event of wet weather, the walk will be postponed.
