We thank you Lord, for the great gift of motherhood. It is within our mother’s womb that we began life. It is in her embrace that we have known safety and comfort. It is through her encouragement that we grow and mature.
Lord, bless our mothers. Draw close to them and hear their prayers for their children. Give them the grace of surrendered love – a love that imagines the love of our heavenly mother, Mary.
May all mothers find daily the strength to love generously, the patience to endure graciously, and the grace to live their vocation of motherhood joyously.
We ask this through our Lord, Jesus Christ,
Amen.

It’s lovely to see families sending In photos of their family using the Pascha Cards and celebrating the 50 day Season of Easter. Mercy cards are given to participating family members. It’s not too late to send in your photos!
If your family did not receive a Pascha Cards Prayer Pack please email me.
Our first Family Mass was a great hit! Thank you to all the families who were able to come last Saturday night. We were lucky enough to have Josephine Sadhini sing and play the piano and also organise a pop up student choir to sing! A big thank you to Wendy Macken for creating the slide show presentation for the Mass - much appreciated!
The next Family Mass will be on Saturday 27th May with Year 6
once again leading us in prayer in the celebration of Pentecost.
At Family Mass EVERYONE is invited.
We had lots of fun last Friday making Easter baskets and hunting for Easter eggs. Check out the great photos! This Friday we are painting symbols of Easter. Pre-schoolers, toddlers and babies with their parents or carers are all welcome to Friday Fatima Friends at 9.10am after Prayer Assembly!
Give your family prayer space a makeover. Dust it off and refresh it with a clean white or gold cloth. Decorate it with symbols of Easter like butterflies, coloured eggs, a cross with a white drape.
A great gift alternative to the standard chocolate, this little garden is a wonderful symbol of hope and joy for your family’s prayer space or garden. There are so many different ways of doing this, however, we kept it simple using established seedlings for the sake of time restraints which is a little more costly than raising seeds.

Inspired by the Stations of the Cross which focus on the suffering of Jesus, the Stations of Glory focus on his post resurrection appearances. Using nine candles that are lit with each station, this simple, scripture based prayer is a great way to get in touch with this season. Click on this link:
