Leadership Camp

Autism Awareness Day

On Friday 31st March we celebrated Autism Awareness Day. Students and staff showed their support for autism by dressing up in blue. Classes engaged with a slideshow that provided engaging and respectful insight to autism. Each class was provided with a sensory toolkit to encourage regulation in all students across the school.

Harmony Day

On Tuesday 21st March, Woodland Road Public School celebrated Harmony Day! As a school, students and teachers dressed up in orange or a traditional cultural outfit from home to show their appreciation and awareness of our multicultural society. During the day, students engaged in activities recognising multiculturalism and the theme ‘Everyone Belongs’. All classes took part in getting their photo taken in our Harmony Day ‘photo booth’.
