Principals' Message

Sally Egan Visit

On Wednesday 2nd March, we welcomed Sally Egan, Deputy Director of the National Catholic Education Commission, to St Joseph's School.  We were honoured to be asked to host a Learning Walk which also included the Diocesan Director, Chris Smyth and System Performance Leader (and former principal), Katie Hanes.  We were excited to be able to showcase the excellent learning and teaching happening across K-6 in our wonderful learning spaces.  Sally remarked on the deliberate focus on embedding data and evidence to make informed decisions around the English Block and the fantastic staffing associated with intentional practice.  We are very proud of our school and appreciate the opportunity to showcase our school as a centre of excellence in learning and teaching.
