Child Dental Benefits Schedule

Parents are reminded of the Australian Government's Child Dental Benefits Schedule. This program provides up to $1,026 worth of dental services to children between birth and 17 years.
If you or your child receive one of the following payments, please take the time to check your exact eligibility:
- Family Tax Benefit Part A
- Parenting Payment
- ABSTUDY
- Carer Payment
- Disability Support Pension
- Youth Allowance
- Military Rehab or Veterans’ Schemes (ages 16-17).
Basic dental services covered are:
- Examinations and cleaning
- Fissure sealing and fillings
- X-rays
- Root canals
- Extractions.
