Sports Pathway Program

Term 2 so far, has been a great success for the Year 9 and 10 Sports Pathway Program classes.

 

The year 9 classes have been completing muscular strength and power weekly fitness sessions with strength and conditioning coach Luke Kitchen. The students have loved learning how to use the weight room and are excited to complete the testing and see their improvement.

The year 10 class have been focusing on improving there speed and agility. The students have been working hard and it will be great to see the improvement with the testing coming up.

Students from both classes have also completed many excursions to Casey Stadium. The students played Volleyball, Basketball and Indoor Soccer during the excursions.

Both classes also visited Frankston foreshore where they completed a run up Olivers Hill and a recovery session on the beach.
