House Athletics Day

The team spirit was back in full force at the HPSC House Athletics Day on Thursday. Staff and students hopped on a bus down to the Casey Fields Athletics Centre for a big day of competition that included traditional track and field events, as well as some novelty activities.

Students dressed up in House colours to show their support in style, and some of the staff even joined in the fun thanks to the offer of glory in a staff costume competition. Congratulations to Mr Yuen for his fabulous outfit!

There was an event for everyone! Students that didn't want to compete in traditional events could choose from plenty of novelty events including giant Jenga and Klop, and double point rapid rounds of sack races and capture the flag! Staff and students also got in touch with their artsy side at the face-painting booth.

After an event-packed day, Yellow House came out on top with a whopping 1774 points. Congratulations!

Other Houses have the chance to catch up throughout the year with plenty of other House events, so keep an eye out.
