From the Principal 

Dear students, staff and families,

Yarrabah would like to wish you all a happy Easter Holiday period. Thank you for the ongoing support shown during the term. There have been some great success stories over this time and certainly things to look forward to during Term two.

Student Support Group (SSG) meetings went well and as a result, teachers are finalising the IEPs. These will be available in the second week of Term two. Rest assured that teachers have prepared all the goals and strategies for each child; however, these need to be written on our new Communication System (Compass) for you to view.

I have also attached a therapy document for you to view. This document clearly identifies the roles of therapy at Yarrabah. For more information about this, please ask to speak with Matthew or Lauri.

Once again, we hope you have a great time together over the break. If you need a holiday program, contact TheirCare and we will see you all again next term.
