Welcome to our new staff!

My name is Louise Matthews and I will be working part-time at St James with small groups of students to support their learning. I have worked at Sacred Heart in Croydon for many years and am happy to now be part of the St James community. Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome and I look forward to learning together at St James. 

My name is Madeleine Herbert and I am new to St James. I am excited to join the St James’ community and I can’t wait to begin teaching year 5s. I absolutely love helping students develop new skills and grow into confident learners. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, music and spending time with friends, family and my dog, Daisy.

Hi everyone, I’m Lisa Morris and I’ll be working Wednesday and Thursday along side Deb and Maree in the office.

I am so looking forward to being part of the St James community and getting to know you all.

Hi families, I am Catherine Wall and will be teaching the children PE and co-ordinating interschool sports this year.  I am really excited to be working at St James, this place holds a special place in my heart as it is where I went to primary school.  I have so many wonderful memories.

I am a mother of three (8, 6 and 4) and my hubby and our beaglier completes my wonderful family.

Hi everyone, my name is Nadine Jones, the new STEMMS teacher at St James.  I am very excited to be starting at such a welcoming school in 2021.  I have been teaching STEM/Digital Technologies at St Johns in Heidelberg and before that at St Clement Of Rome In Bulleen for a combined period of 8 years.  Outside of school I love to travel, keep fit and watch plenty of sport, with the Hawks my number one priority.  I look forward to meeting you all and all of your children.

Hi everyone, my name is Jo Magnik.  I'm so excited to be a part of the St James team.  I felt so welcomed on my arrival.  I love watching the children's eyes light up when they learn something new.

When I'm not at school I'm with my family.  I love the beach and spending time outdoors.
