Senior Sub School Manager

As we approach the end of the school year, I would like to thank the families in our Senior Sub School for their positive approach to learning and for their support of the Senior Sub School Team, during 2020. It has been a hugely challenging year for all of us, but most particularly, the students. We have been extremely proud of the way students have conducted themselves this year, and know that they have been supported so wonderfully through each of you at home.

Special thanks is extended to the Year Level Coordinators, Ms Martin, Ms Perin, Ms Isac, Mr Milsome, Ms Nguyen and VCAL Coordinators Ms Scott and Mr Hosie, who have been dedicated to ensuring students have been encouraged to achieve their goals. Thanks also to Jess Kocovski and Lauren Sulomar for administrative support during the year.

Year 12 Graduation was a lovely way for the class of 2020 to celebrate the end of their schooling at NGSC. Students looked amazing and were so proud to achieve their certificates. The photos have been shared with the students via Google Drive and the recording link will be shared shortly. We wish the students all the very best in the next stage of their life’s journey after school.

VCE Results

Results are released  30 December

The school will be providing Careers Practitioners Assistance onsite (at NGSC) during the following times:

30 December – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

31 December – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Please enter the school via the gate near the canteen (end of the C corridor, near the Common Room and Careers Office). You are welcome to make an appointment or attend school and wait.

We also have access to electronic and phone assistance via the Careers Education Association of Victoria. The link will be provided by Ms Makin.

Year 11 Reminders

If you have not yet completed the Camp form on Compass, please do so. Camp is a highlight of the year and is a compulsory part of our program. Note, the dates have been changed and are now 15 to 17 February.

VCE students have been provided with novels to read for English and other work to complete before the start of the 2021 academic year. Please ensure this is completed.
