Year 7 CSEF Uniform Package
In 2019, every Year 7 government school student who is a recipient of the Camp Sport and Excursion Fund (CSEF) automatically qualifies to receive a uniform package, provided through State Schools’ Relief.
A form has been sent home with all Year 7 students who have an approved CSEF application and who are therefore eligible for the uniform package.
This form must be returned to the school by Tuesday 2nd April in order for your application to be processed.
Please note that you may need to make a contribution towards the cost of the uniform items. The amount a parent has to pay will depend on the retail purchase price and the State Schools' Relief subsidy(this will appear on the voucher).
Please return the form to the school office by Tuesday 2nd April.
PREP CSEF UNIFORM PACKAGE
State Schools' Relief also provides a uniform package to Prep students who are a recipient of the Camp Sport and Excursion Fund. The 2019 Prep Package is still being finalised by the State Schools' Relief Board. Once we have received the information regarding this uniform package we will notify all eligible families.

Attendance
Parents\Guardians are legally required to ensure their child attends school every day or provide an explanation for their child's absence. They have an obligation to notify the school as soon as possible on the day of the absence using the school’s preferred method (Compass) or inform the school in advance of any upcoming absences.
We request that Parents\Guardians complete an absence via Compass where possible. If you are unsure how to complete this, please find below the link to the Parent Guide for Compass which explains step by step.

A child missing one day a fortnight will miss four weeks in a year, and more than a year of school by year 10. It is important that children develop regular attendance habits at an early age.
Paying for Excursions, School Activities or Camps
All permissions and payments for excursions, school activities, camps and incursions will be sent to families via a Compass Event. Families are requested to make payment and sign digital consent per event through COMPASS. Please let the office know if you need assistance with this or if you do not have your login and password details.
Please note that there are many wonderful and educational events organised by the staff each year for the students. All excursions, Sporting Events, Incursions and Camps organised are aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and it is the expectation that all students will attend to their fullest capabilities unless medically unable to do so.
