HONK and Bollywood Fusion Concert

Members of HONK (our junior band) and Bollywood Fusion (our Indian dance troupe) were looking forward to performing for all St Joseph's primary students this week.

 Unfortunately the incessant rain put a dent in our plans, stopping the St Joseph's students from walking across to us. Almost a year ago this same concert was stymied by a sudden lockdown. It seemed that our concert was doomed. 

But our great Killester teachers and students came to the rescue, providing a last minute audience for us and giving us lots of support. Many thanks to everyone who attended and to our performers for their many hours of work throughout the year. We have so many students in HONK now we ran out of chairs and music stands. It's a very happy problem for us. 

Many of our HONK students will be moving up to our senior ensembles next week. We thank them for their commitment and wish them luck.
