In Term 3, Kildare entered its first team into the local U/18 Girls Basketball Competition. The team is composed of Year 8 students and one Year 10 student. The girls have had several training sessions and are developing their skills throughout the course of the season, in particular their leadership and communication. They have displayed good sportsmanship and thoroughly enjoy competing on the same team. They are currently positioned 2nd on the ladder and look to continue to build on their performances going forward.
