Year 7 TIDE

Imogen Gray

As part of the inquiry project currently being undertaken by Year 7, students visited The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery for an introduction to the ninginia tunapri education program to assist with their upcoming TIDE project.

Students explored how the cultural practices of First Nations Tasmanians were shaped and formed over 2000 Generations.

Students are responding to the question:

How are First Nations people of lutruwita/Tasmania using their traditional knowledge to contribute to society today?

Their culminating tasks will be on display on the afternoon of Tuesday 27 September from 3.00m to 4.45pm to share with parents and guardians. Email correspondence will be sent to parents in the coming days.
