Fundraising and Requests

Can you help? We need you!

Thank you to our parent volunteers who continue to do amazing things for our little school and community!

DONATIONS REQUESTED

It's FINALLY getting warmer! This means time for the year 6 students to start selling icy-poles to fundraise for graduation. We are asking for donations of ZOOPER DOOPERS. Why not grab a pack on your next shop and drop them in to the canteen before school, or to the office after school.

Lunchtime Clubs are so cool and so popular! Added to the mix this term is Mrs Peach's Hama Bead Club! The problem is we don't have enough trays for the amount of students wanting to participate. If you have spare Hama bead trays at home, or feel like grabbing one from the shops next time you're out, the students would appreciate it.

We are again collecting non-perishable food items for the Hope for Monash campaign. This year we are going to see which house can bring the most items! 5 house points for each item donated and at the end all students in the house that brings the most items will receive an icy-pole. Donations need to be brought into classrooms by students so they are included in the count. House Captains will collect and count items each day.

We are also collecting items for our annual Chirstmas Raffle. All donations can be left at the office.

CALLING ALL BAKERS

Can you bake? Please consider making something for our cake stall on election day! Just make sure you provide a list of ingredients with your product/s.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The State election is coming up on Saturday the 26th November. The fundraising committee are looking for volunteers to help run the sausage sizzle and cake stall. Please consider signing up for an hour or two. Sign up sheet is at the office.

DO YOU LOVE GARDENING?

Our lovely vegetable garden has got away from us this term! In preparation for new planting and tending by students next year, any keen gardeners out there who would be willing to volunteer some time to pull out some weeds, turn some soil and give the area some general TLC, it would be appreciated. Why not come and run a gardeners club at lunch time? I'm sure some students would be keen to assist.
