Student Leaders 2023

Congratulations to the students who have been selected to our Student Leadership Group for 2023. These students make up our College Captains and House Captains. We have two College Captains per Neighbourhood and two House Captains per House – with three Houses situated within each of our three Neighbourhoods.

Our student leaders are integral to our College mission to nurture a student-centred culture and promote student leadership, voice and agency. 

In addition to advocating for fellow students, this is an exciting opportunity for our captains to challenge themselves, build their own leadership skills and expand horizons. Skills gained in a role such as College or House Captain will hold students in good stead heading into university, further studies or the workforce. 

Our Senior Leadership Team is looking forward to officially meeting our 2023 student leaders at a ‘meet and greet’ lunch planned later this month, while our Executive Principal Barbara O’Brien has already met with the group to talk through their role in 2023 and prepare for their first official duties representing the College as part of Remembrance Day commemorations today.

Over the coming weeks we will be looking to appoint our specialist leaders. This includes our Music, Koorie, Multicultural and Environmental Leaders. Keep an eye out for further information on this.
