Year 3/4 Report

During Week 2 of Term 4, the 3/4 students went on camp to Camp Weekaway in Lancefield. Across the three days students participated in eight different activities which included canoeing, ropes course, GI jane, flying fox, the maze, damper cooking, laser tag and hut building. All of these activities had their different challenges and gave students the opportunity to work collaboratively with their peers. Camp was a great opportunity for students to try new things, take on responsibilities and put themselves out of their comfort zone. This was the first time many of these students had been on camp and they showed a great level of resilience, cooperation and empathy towards each other, but most of all had fun.
