PRODUCTION - LOST IN GREE
2023 Brighton Secondary School Production August 30th ~ September 1st
Since the end of last year, we have been working behind the scenes on the 2023 Brighton Sec production. We started with 13 student proposals, an extensive audition process and finally casting.
And now we are pleased to launch our 2023 school production, Lost in Greece!
Crafted by our wonderful Year 10 student writers, Ruby and Thaya, our wonderfully talented cast and staff production team have been working hard at rehearsals to learn their lines, songs, and blocking. We are so proud of the work they have done so far!
Her is a brief overview of what you can look forward to!
Hi all, get excited for our 2023 school production ‘Lost in Greece’. Our story follows 5 young people who go on a wild journey, accidentally transporting themselves into ancient Greece. Rehearsals have kicked off and we are having an absolute blast with our incredibly talented cast!!

In preparation for Lost in Greece, we are looking for some parent community support. Below is a list of items we are looking for to support the production. Any of these items can be sent to school and delivered to Wellbeing in the W building.
| large boxes | cardboard | large cardboard tubing (20cm or more diameter), |
| cheap costume jewellery | white top sheets | large white pieces of material |
| colourful material | Colourful top sheets | pool noodles |
| newspapers | toy weapons/armour | fake flowers/fake vines |
big silver bowls (for cloches) | cushion stuffing | hula hoops x5 |
| gold streamer curtains | Chef hats (paper) | Cardboard cake stands |
In addition, we will be looking for anyone with the following skills:
| Sewing (basic costumes) | Painting (basic rolling) | Basic carpentry |
