First Communion
This weekend 13 of our Grade 4 students will be making their First Communion. Today they had their reflection day at St Francis Xavier Church and finalised their preparation for this important event.
We pray for these students and their families this weekend.
Jesus,
You are God-with-us, especially in this Sacrament of the Eucharist.
You love me as I am and help me grow.
Come and be with me in all my joys and sorrows.
Help me share your peace and love with everyone I meet.
I ask in your name.

Mini Vinnies
In assembly last week our Mini-Vinnies students were presented with their badges and a certificate.
Full of inspiration after our session with Mini-VInnies, our students have many ideas in the works!
Early next term, Mini-VInnies are working on having a collection of essential items to support the JPC Companion Van. They are also thinking of ways that we can have more permanent collection points at school so that families are able to donate extra essential items whenever they are able to.
