REMINDER:
Extra Swimming Lesson
Students in Years 3 and 4 will have their ‘make-up’ swimming lesson at Heather’s Swim School on Thursday 15th June. This is to make up for the lesson we missed on Anzac Day. Therefore children will have two swimming lessons in the one week. Lesson times will remain the same. If any parents/grandparents can assist with walking can they please contact their child’s classroom teacher?
Jump Rope For Heart
This Friday 16th June between 11:30am and 1:00pm the whole school will be participating in the ‘Jump Rope For Heart’ program. The Heart Foundation Jump Rope for Heart is an exciting and non-competitive program, which encourages children to become more active through skipping, learning new skills and raising funds for heart research and community health programs.
If students would like to make a gold coin donation for this great cause, can they bring it to school on Friday and give it to their classroom teacher.
Children will need to wear their sports uniform and bring along their drink bottle.
