College Fee SMS Reminders and Reminder Letters - communication from CEDWW

Dear Parents/Carers

As a follow up to communications published earlier this year, CEDWW this month are implementing a new friendly SMS reminder directly to Account Holders' mobile phone when their 2023 account falls overdue by 14 days.

This SMS will be sent out each Tuesday afternoon.
Please make arrangements to settle your overdue account within 7 days and sufficient funds are available for future agreed instalments.
Alternatively, please contact the College if you are experiencing financial hardship.

Should the account remain overdue and no contact made with the College to update/amend payment arrangement assigned, you will receive written reminder letters for any accounts that are overdue by 30, 60 and over 90 days.
