End of Term & A Three Week Break

We're sure the students don't need reminding....but just in case! Please remember that this year school will be closed from Friday, 22 June - reopening Wednesday, July 18. This is a three week mid-term break.

School finishes at the following times tomorrow, Friday July 22:

Kinder: 1pm finish
Prep-Yr 6: 1.15pm finish
Yr 7-12: 1.30pm finish

Student Reports

We would like to inform families that due to the School's significant growth, we have needed to implement a new reporting system. This means that reports will look significantly different to those of the past. As a School we are working towards providing our families with more consistent feedback tailored to the student's education level, their unique strengths and with a particular emphasis on learning growth.

We anticipate that reports will be ready to email to families towards the end of the last week of term notwithstanding any unforeseen circumstances.

Building Fund Donations

With some exciting future plans in the pipeline (and as the end of the financial year is drawing to a close), we would like to give the parents and friends of Belgrave Height Christian School an opportunity to donate to our Building Fund.

First Week of Term Three

Please note that the first week of Term Three will be a "Week 1" timetable.

Important Information Regarding Bus Use

Families who make use of the School bus are reminded of the following:

Students must embark and disembark at their allocated stop and should not get off at a different stop without having made prior arrangements.
Travel on an alternative bus for social engagements is not permissible.
Casual bus use (for school friends to travel with the bus user) is not available.

Should families experience an emergency they are encouraged to email buses@bhcs.vic.edu.au or contact Kelle Scott in Bus Administration. In cases of emergency, where room is available, the School will work with families to find the most suitable arrangement.
