Sharing our Annual Report to the School Community
Each year St Kilda Park, like every other Government School, prepares an Annual Report to the School Community. This report provides principals and school councils with an opportunity to share the year’s achievements and progress with the school community. This includes reflecting on the school’s performance and explaining the impact of school improvement efforts on student outcomes.
The preparation and publication of an Annual Report is a legislative and regulatory requirement for all schools. It reflects the Department of Education's commitment to building pride and confidence in our government schools and highlights the importance of transparent communication about school performance with our school communities.
Our 2022 report was presented and accepted by our School Council at our April meeting and contains some wonderful celebrations of our progress and some impressive data about our great school.
The full report is available on our website and can be downloaded via the link below;
There is much to be proud of in the report and a detailed commentary is provided around our progress and achievements in the areas of;
There are also some charts and statistics included that go some way to telling the story of our school. We have shared a few of these below;
As you can see, the data presented is overwhelmingly positive and tells a story of a settled school where parents, students and staff are connected & positive and learning outcomes are very strong. It reflects the hard work of our staff and students over the course of 2022 (and during the pandemic years of 2020 and 2021) and the huge contribution of our community to our successes.
We take great pride in sharing this report with you and encourage you to take a few minutes to read it in greater detail.
