Classroom Spotlight

Each week we are spotlighting one of our classrooms at APS and interviewing some of their students to get an insight into what is happening in their classroom. This week we spoke to students from Prep B. We have interviewed Gabby and Henry.

What classroom are you in?

Prep-B 

Why do you like coming to Albanvale Primary School?

Gabby: “I get to see my friends and come to laugh and smile at school.”

Henry: “It’s fun, and they have a lot of activities.”

What are some of the things you love to do at school?

Gabby: “I love to play games with my friends that involve everyone, like tiggy and chasing games”

Henry: “I like to play with my friends and brother outside in the yard during recess and lunch”

What are some things you are learning about in your class at the moment?

Gabby: “I do independent reading, I’m doing subtraction in math and doing information reports in writing”.

Henry: “We are learning how to write an information report, and in numeracy I am learning about mathematics, we do 15 minutes of independent reading then after we play some games.”
