Mother's Day

Celebrating a special day

On Wednesday 10th, May, many mothers, grandmothers, aunts, carers, and friends celebrated Mother's Day at Holy Family with breakfast, entertainment via dance, song and games, and engagement with their children in the classroom.  We even had a 'home-made'  photo booth with props that families posed for. 

I participated in the dance for mothers. It was fun because we danced in front of all the mothers. They looked so happy. Dance Club had been practising since Term 1.  - Sarah

I enjoyed that I got to spend more time with Mum and that she got to choose the colours for the heart we were making in the family activity. Mum said she had lots of fun. - Siarra
