VCE Unit 3&4 Practice Examinations Timetable

The Unit 3&4 Practice Examinations commence next Friday morning with the English and EAL examinations, which will precede the House Music festivities.

The schedule for the practice examinations is attached to this newsletter. Where students do not have an examination scheduled, they will be in their normal classes. Subjects that are not part of this timetable will hold Practice Examinations in their regular class time.

A small number of students will have sessions rescheduled to fit with VCE LOTE Oral Examinations and individual arrangements will be made for these students. Students who are unable to attend a session for any other reason should see Mr Carolan.

All students are expected to attend these Practice Examinations, which are designed to mirror the final examinations that students will sit in November. As such, VCAA examination rules will apply and students will be briefed about these requirements next Thursday. It is important for students to understand the stipulations put in place by the VCAA for examination, including permitted stationary, calculators, dictionaries and water bottles.

LinkedIn, the popular professional networking platform, is running an information session for students about how to use the platform to build a professional network and to present a profile for prospective employers. The session will take place in the Hamilton PAC on Thursday, 19 September from 7.00-8.00pm. The flyer for the program is attached to the newsletter.
