Teaching and Learning

 

The academic year has concluded very positively with our Year 7 to 9 students performing well in their final examinations and our current Years 10 and 11 students working enthusiastically in their VCE subjects for 2018 during the Step-Up Programme.  VCE students will all have work to complete over the Christmas vacation in their subjects in preparation for a successful start to next year.  Please support your son/daughter by ensuring that this work is completed throughout January.

The Class of 2017 is to be congratulated on wonderful VCE results. I have been thrilled to watch the way they have worked with their teachers and made the most of the opportunities the College offers. The cohort has performed incredibly well and I look forward to hearing of their successes in the future.

I look forward to working closely with our VCE students and teachers next year in my new role as Head of VCE Studies. I will also work closely at the commencement of 2018 with Mr. Ralph Carolan in a handover in his position as Deputy Principal: Teaching and Learning.
