Wellbeing

To all our families of North Melbourne Primary School.

We have once again come to the end of yet another term – with the significant amount of time spent in remote learning; well done! As families, you have continued to support and pull together, continued to juggle all your other commitments, and continued to work with your children. We value the support you have shown the school and we appreciate none of this has been easy at all.

We hope that as we head into the school holidays this allows for some time together with family, away from the screens!!

We have attached two documents to this post. They are short, easy to read and provide good reminders and some positive tips to self-care and wellbeing for children and the family.  Please remember everyone reacts in a unique way to the world as it presents to them. Within these documents -  the overall take-home message is to focus on areas that we can control, such as our physical health, safety and emotional wellbeing.

Once again thank you and we hope to see you all in Term 4.
