Well-Being from Mr Searl...

The days tick along and the students have begun to settle really well in their new classrooms. The most pleasing aspect and change so far has been the fantastic behaviour that is taking place in the yard. Our senior students have made a tremendous effort to model the correct behaviours for our junior students to follow.

Just a reminder for all students to make sure they play on their respective playgrounds during the day and making sure that they are before and after school as well. We thank our parents and carers for also helping us in this area as well.

The Musical Playground is in desperate need of a ‘makeover’ and the Collaborative Builders Team are on the case. This week the team has begun sanding and stripping the old paint back before we begin painting and bringing it back to life.

When the painting takes place, we ask the students keep the area clear and support our Collaborative Builders in completing the task. The Team are really excited about taking on this project and have shown a great deal of school pride in planning and designing what will be a great space for our students to use.

Stay tuned for some more photos to come.
