Chef Ambassador Program

Hospitality Group Training's Chef Lara visited Year 10 Hospitality students recently demonstrating how to make her sundried pesto pasta.

The Chef Ambassador Program brings young, successful, energetic chefs straight from their kitchens into the classroom. The Hospitality Group Training's talented chefs treat students to a cooking demonstration, while giving an insight into their careers. Each of the chefs that have visited John Wollaston have been keen to impart their knowledge on the next generation to inspire them to consider a career in cooking.
