New - Rylan Macadam

 Rylan recently went to the 2019 Fanfare Show in Camperdown to compete in Junior Cow Handling.  Rylan came 1st in his level and was awarded a sash and trophy for winning the Junior Handler section with his cow named Avie.  This was a great effort for Rylan as he had never handled this cow before and although he was very nervous he said once his started it was easy. 

NEW - Division Sports

Students in the 5/6 area participated in the Division Winter Sports Championships - Football, Netball, Tee-Ball and Soccer on Friday the 24th of May. 

Well done to all our teams who represented St Mary's with great sportsmanship and a positive team effort.  Congratulations to our Tee-Ball side who have made it through to the next stage.

 

NEW - TAG Games

We were recently lucky enough to participate in TAG - Traditional Aboriginal Games.  All students took part, enjoying new games they hadn't played before and we even had some local the Children' Kinder students join us. Everyone had an awesome day.

NEW - Noah Woods - The Long Walk

On Saturday 25th May, Noah Woods 1/2FD participated in the Long Walk to the MCG. Both Noah and Djarhyn Ferguson 1/2SL played football on the MCG as part of the Reconciliation Week events.

What a great experience, well done boys.
