Lockdown 6.0 afternoon activities

Next week we have some great activities to keep the kids or the whole family engaged

No bake Lemon Slice

 

Ingredients:

500g sweet plain biscuits 

1 cup desiccated coconut

395g sweetened condensed milk

200g unsalted butter melted

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 lemons, rinds and seeds removed

3 tbs lemon juice

50g unsalted butter melted

2 cups icing sugar

Equipment:

Snap lock bag

Large Bowl

Measuring cups

Stiring spoon
