Fundraisers

Our students put the 'fun' in 'fundraising'

'Off Your Back' - Homelessness

Raising funds and spreading awareness for the Homeless was part of a 2021 Integrated Project for VCAL students. Their enthusiasm helped to collect ample clothing supplies in support of 'Off Your Back'.

Massive thank you to all those who donated their pre-loved coats to keep a homeless person warm this winter.

Steptember - Cerebral Palsy

Our students are self-starters when it comes to fundraising, they don't need an incentive since its the sheer goodness from donations that gets them going. Two of our Year 11's are stellar examples of this. Taygan Lamb and Maddy Page have initiated their own fundraising project, Steptember, to gather funds for Cerebral Palsy. Together, they are  walking 300,000 steps each day as each step raises money for the cause.

Taygan and Maddy are hoping you can help them in their goal by donating to their goals here - Taygan's Steptember goal and Maddy's Steptember goal

The students tell us why any contribution is pivotal,

It’s such a great cause. The money goes towards vital medical equipment to assist those living with cerebral palsy and research whilst also supporting early intervention and diagnosis of babies at risk of cerebral palsy.

They also encourage everyone to educate themselves on the topic,

Even just having a read about cerebral palsy can definitely raise awareness.
