Media Art

Students in Media Art Year 7 & 8 are creating their own resource booklet that shows the Design Elements and Principles in various visual forms. Students select their own image to interpret the selected element or principle. For example, line, texture, or shape, to name a few. The following images demonstrate these design skills. Well done!

Monster Scream – created by Hayley Antunov 

This work is inspired by Tim Burton’s Art. Hayley has incorporated details from various Burton films such as the ghosts from ‘Beetlejuice 1988’ and the garden with the deer hedge from ‘Edward Scissorhands 1990’. 

Hayley has included ideas from Tim Burton’s ‘Self-inflating Cephalopod’ including tentacles and shrimp-like creatures in the foreground! Great work!
