Learning Boost

VCE Boost and Maths Boost have proven to be successful programs that assist students to produce improvements in their learning. We have been looking at how we can further broaden these opportunities to a wider range of students and subjects. 

Students in Years 7-9 are encouraged to attend the 'Learning Boost' program in Mason House every Thursday from 3:15pm until 4:15pm. 

They should bring classwork or homework they may need support with, or merely come along for the opportunity to complete work in a quiet space for the afternoon. This program will be staffed to provide targeted support where possible. Year 10 students will be provided the same opportunities in the Senior Centre as part of our VCE Boost program. 

Parent Helpers

If there are any parents with a Working with Children's check that would be interested in volunteering to support the program, please contact me at cav@wantirnacollege.vic.edu.au.
