A note from Mr Jackson

100 Days Feels Like 100 Years in Prep

This morning we welcomed a group of rapidly aging students who celebrated 100 days of Primary School education! There were some familiar faces that appeared with a few more wrinkles, greying hair and bent backs. Preps’ 100 Days celebration saw students group 100 tens and go on number hunts with their buddies! Our hope is that our Preps return on Monday with a little more spring in their step and few less walking aids.

Book Fair Open

Students have begun perusing the Rosanna Primary Book Fair this week. They have been writing wish lists and flicking through pages of a diverse range of books. Parents are most welcome to browse through the Fair on Friday and Monday afternoons with their children. Profits from book sales go towards further book purchases in our school.

Finalising Prep Enrolments 2024

A reminder that Prep enrolments for 2024 were due to be received by schools last Friday. If you are running late with a sibling enrolment please don’t hesitate to call the office and complete an enrolment form. This will allow us to not only confirm your child’s enrolment but plan effectively for 2024.

Planning a Move in 2024?

If you are unsure about your child’s enrolment with Rosanna Primary in 2024, please send us an email or make a call to let us know. As we define the staffing profile for the coming year, the clarification of student numbers in a range of year levels will allow staff and students to transition smoothly into the coming year.

Disco Thanks

Flashing lights, loud music and lots of energy filled the hall on Friday night at the FORPS Disco. While some students were clearly experienced disco’ers, for many, the night was their first disco experience. A special thanks for our parents who organised and ran the event. Their effort enabled a Term 4 highlight for so many students!
