BATYR Mental Health Presentations

In Week 4, BATYR will be visiting Year 9 and 10 during Wellbeing and Foundations to provide a safe and open space to discuss mental health. BATYR workshops aim to break down stigma attached to mental ill-health and encourages conversations around everyone’s wellbeing.

Student Goal Setting

In Weeks 3 and 4, students will be guided through the process of setting SMART goals for their academic and organisational endeavours for the remainder of the Semester. These sessions will be guided by teachers during Wellbeing and Foundations lessons. All students will emerge with a realistic and achievable goal for their learning. We encourage you to speak with your child about this process and help them to articulate and understand their goals.

Clayfield vs BBC Senior Netball Game

On Friday 28 July, our Year 12 students will play a friendly game of netball against 30 BBC prefects. The game will be followed by a BBQ sausage sizzle in the Tennis Pavilion. This will be a great opportunity for our Seniors to socialise with BBC students as they embark upon the last stretch of their Secondary schooling.

Student Giving Day Pizza Party

On behalf of the Clayfield College Foundation, we express our sincere appreciation for our Clayfield family's generous support of our recent Annual Giving Day! The day showed the strength of our community, who came together to Shine a Light on the ongoing advancement of Clayfield College. 

We are excited to share the following results from the day: 

• Most Donations - Campbell House 
• Most Donors - Henderson House 

To celebrate, students in Prep to Year 12 within Campbell House and Henderson House are invited to a Pizza Party during lunchtime on Thursday 3 August on Leopard Terrace. Students are still required to bring their own lunch on this day.
