School Car Parking After Hours

Just a friendly reminder that the car parks at the rear of the school adjacent to the Gym are for Kidzone drop-off and pick-up only - if your child is attending an after hours program such as Dance or Tennis please park in the larger carpark at the rear of the tennis courts.

Reporting your Child's Absence

If your child is absent from school for any reason you are able to report the reason through the Sentral Portal or by phoning the school on 9877 7899 and selecting option 1 to leave a message.

You are also able to explain a previous absence through the Sentral Parent Portal.

As new Government regulations require all absences to be explained you may receive a sms if your child has been marked absent and a reason has not been entered on the roll.

On-Psych Services

Do you find that your child is displaying emotional or behavioural issues? OnPsych are a team of fully qualified and registered psychologists and Mental Health Social Workers who specialise in child and adolescent services working in primary and secondary schools. Services are performed confidentially and at NO COST to the parent. Our onPsych staff member is Caitlin Docherty; who works with both children and adolescents who are experiencing a range of difficulties such as anxiety and mood disorders, learning and behavioural difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorders, interpersonal, self-harming and adjustment difficulties (social & situational). Uniform Shop

Our uniform shop is operated by Klad Sport and is open here at school on Monday afternoons from 2.30 pm until 4 pm and on Thursdays from 8.30 am to 10.30 am, or orders may be left at the office and they will be filled on Thursdays.  

The Uniform Shop is located at the rear of the school, inside our Gym building, in a small office behind the canteen.

Please note the Uniform Shop is unable to accept cheques.  Payment may be made by credit card or cash only.

Klad Sport also operate a shopfront at 8 Macro Court Rowville (Phone 9763 0266) and they are open:

Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm

(Fridays until 4.30pm) and Saturdays 10am to 1pm

Parent Payments by Instalments

Just a reminder to those parents who have elected to pay by instalments - payments will be processed on the first day of each term - the next and final instalment will be the week commencing the 8th of October.

Working with Children Check

There are some parents who have Working with Children Checks that have expired.  

Please  note that it is mandatory for any person working with children in our school to hold a valid W.W.C. card - if your card has expired you will not be permitted to work with students or assist with school programs.  You  must present your W.W.C. card at the office each time it is renewed.

School Banking

School Banking takes place on a Friday each week. Remember to send your bank books via the classroom.

Parents may wish to pay school fees, excursions swimming charges with Direct Deposit on the Net.

Eg. Name and activity— Camp, Excursion etc.  This enables us to accurately credit your

family's school account.

Payments can also be made on line through the Sentral Parents Portal - payments through the portal are subject to a small processing charge (approx. 2%).
