Polding Summer Trials
Four children; Phoebe Paul (Basketball), Lucas Sardinha and Daisy & Holly Sheedy (Tennis) represented the Armidale Diocese at the Polding Summer Trials on Friday February 8 held in Lismore. Phoebe was put into another Diocese team as Armidale couldn't field a team. Daisy, Holly and Lucas had stiff competition on the tennis court as they played some very tight matches. Unfortunately Daisy and Holly didn't make the Polding team. Lucas played some sensational matches which allowed him to take the number 1 spot in his pool. He played against other winners of their pool and came 3rd overall. He will represent Polding in the NSW PSSA trials to be held in Inverell in April.
Cross Country
The St Xavier's Cross Country will be held on Friday 12 April. Times are yet to be confirmed.
The Diocesan Cross Country will be held on Friday 17 May at Barraba.
