2014 OSHC Enrolments

Before & After School Care enrolments forms for next year must be completed and received by Friday 6th December.

Families with new children to the OSHC must provide an immunisation certificate attached to their enrolment form. Incomplete enrolment forms, forms without a booking commencement date or forms stating "To be Advised" or "To be Confirmed" will be returned.

Families will be informed of their Before & After School Care placements for 2014 by Friday 13th December. Families only requiring care during the January Holiday Program please submit your enrolment form with your holiday booking form. Enrolment forms are attached below and can also be obtained from the Office, OSHC and the school website.

After School Care Excursion

The After School Care Program will be visiting Alnutt Park for an excursion on Wednesday 18th December.

If your children usually attend the After School Care Program on a Wednesday’s they will be required to attend the excursion as there will be no child care provided at the school due the grade 6 graduation.

It is essential that parents authorise their children to attend the excursion by signing the permission form located on the sign out desk.

January School Holiday Program

The January School Holiday Program will be available on the school web site at the end of the week.

Bookings are accepted on a first in, first served basis. All bookings; including request for Child Care Benefit reductions must be received with payment and a completed 2014 enrolment form by Thursday 19th December 2013.
