Event Reminders

2022 Parent Curriculum Contributions and Voluntary Contributions

Thank you to all those families that have paid the 2022 Curriculum Contribution and Voluntary Contribution. 

Payments are made through the Compass portal and can be found under Course Confirmation and Payments. This is the preferred method of payment. Alternatively, payments can also be made at the office by eftpos, credit card or cash.

Information on Contributions can be found in Compass under: school resources – school fees. A copy of this information is also attached below.

Medical Plans and Medication 

Up to date medical plans for your child must be prepared by your GP. The colour copy (with your child's photo attached) should be provided to the office, together with up to date student medication.

School Office Hours

 Our school office operates between the hours of 8.30am to 4pm 

Working With Children Check- Parent/Carer Volunteers

Parents, carers and grandparents volunteering their time to assist at school or with school activities such as excursions, sporting events or camps must have a Working With Children Check and be registered at the office. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination status is also required.

Financial Support for Families

Ringwood North Primary School understands that some families may experience financial difficulty and offers a range of support options, including the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) and alternative payment arrangements. If you have any queries or wish to discuss your circumstances and possible options, please contact the office to make an appointment with the Business Manager or the Principal.

Ritchies Community Card

 A great way for our school to benefit from the Ritchies loyalty program! Parents can easily update to the loyalty program or join by completing the following steps -Using a phone and downloading the Ritchie's Card App from the App store or Google Play, or by going online to www.ritchies.com.au/loyalty using a tablet or desk top computer. You can then pick up a physical card available from the friendly cashiers in-store, which you then link to your app or online account. Once you have set up your account you can then nominate Ringwood North Primary School as your organisation.
