Get to Know Our Staff

Miss Darling/Sarah Darling

Miss Darling is a wonderful teacher at Ringwood North Primary School (RNPS) and has been an amazing addition to this school! She started teaching at RNPS in Term 2, 2021. Before Miss Darling came to teach at RNPS, she worked as a CRT in London between 2019 and 2021. Here are some fascinating things about our superb Grade Six Teacher.

Her favourite colour is blue and enjoys doing painting and sewing. She loves the book “Lola and the boy next door” by Stephanie Perkins because when she was younger, she dressed the main character of the book. Her favourite movie is Love Actually, and she loves the song “One foot in front of the other” by Griff. 

She enjoys eating nachos, even though she gets a tummy ache afterwards. She also loves eating anything related to the Chinese cuisine. Miss Darling isn’t the biggest fan of sports, however, if she had to pick a sport to watch, she would pick ladies soccer and ice skating. Her favourite place to visit is Italy because she loves the old scenery and buildings. This talented teacher is an animal lover who owns no pets. She does, however, have 4 adorable cats at her dad’s house and her favourite animal is the snow leopard. 

She enjoys teaching Science because she loves doing experiments and taking things apart to see how they work. Miss Darling is grateful for many things but most of all, she is truly grateful for our weather this summer. Miss Darling is an extraordinary teacher at Ringwood North Primary School, and we are very lucky to have her.

When Ash Met Selin

One of our Year 4 students, Selin Bray, was super excited to meet her hero recently. Ash Barty had just won the Australian Open when Selin was treated to a dream day of tennis fun. See Selin's account of how the day went.

Canteen News

The canteen is having a Special Lunch Day on Monday 28th March. Order forms were issued in class last week and are due back by Wednesday 16th March.
