Book Week 2020 (October 17 - 23)

‘Curious Creatures, Wild Minds’ Book Week will be celebrated mainly online this year in Term 4. Look out for details including virtual author talk, competitions and other fun book celebrations. 

R U OK? Day

GEC celebrated R U OK? Day on September 10th online this year. This year it has never been more important to check in on our friends and classmates.Our eLibrary is also here to help. Check out the Wellness Collection on our eBook platform Wheelers here.

Wear It Purple Day

On August 28 GEC celebrated the day by wearing purple. The GEC library has a great range of diverse books both in print and online. Borrow one of these great books on our Wheelers platform.

Book Requests and New Books

Book ordering has not stopped during remote learning. Titles which have been requested will be available for collection once the College reopens. Check out new books that have been purchased here and place your reservation for collection when we return to school. Student suggestions for purchase should be emailed to library@gec.vic.edu.au
