Administration Reminders

Mrs Payal Joshi will be greeting you at the door on Wednesday and Friday mornings and Wednesday afternoons, so please introduce yourself when you see her.

Payal is now available to receive your emails regarding the following administration areas:

1. Bookings on Fully Booked (including initial Holiday Bookings)
2. Amendment to days on Fully Booked
3. Allowable Absences and Medical Certificates.  Please note that allowable absences are the caregivers responsibility to account for.  After 52 absences CCS will not be applied to your account and you will be charged full fees by Services SA.
4. Additional Child Care Subsidy
5. Immunisations
6. Medical Plans and Medication

Casual Bookings and Changes to Complying Written Agreements

As Curiosity continues to grow in enrollments, it is important to notify you that our Afternoon Care is at capacity and we now have a waiting list for families wishing to access this service beyond 4:30pm.

Families needing casual after care sessions will need to contact Payal to see if we can accommodate your request.  Care can only be offered til 4:30pm on days where we are at capacity as we have extra staffing til this time.  We ask that families honour this collection time to continue accessing future sessions.  

With many of our Educational sessions now at capacity, families who wish to make changes to their Complying Written Agreement will need to notify Payal of their intent and we shall see if we can accommodate your request.  Requests can not be guaranteed.

Important to note that in Term 3, we will be looking at transitioning some of our Green Team learners to the Blue and Orange Team to accommodate new enrollments.  In preparation for this, we ask families to notify us if you require a change of days for Term 3 and 4 by June 19 so we can give reasonable consideration to all families.

If your child is in the Green Team, Mrs Childs, Mrs Frost and myself will be making contact with families before June 19 to discuss our thinking around possible transition opportunities.   These decisions involve all stakeholders voices including the child's so we look forward to this season of growth for many of our Curiosity friends. 

Fully Booked & Emergency Contacts

We thank you for your patience recently with our signing in and out system.  An update was made to the system on Friday afternoon so we hope that this rectifies the current issues we are experiencing.

It is the caregivers responsibility to sign their child in and out for each session, so we thank you for ensuring that this is done.

If you are planning for someone who is not on your Fully Booked account to collect your child, we ask that you take the time to add them as an Emergency Contact and for that person to bring photo identification with them.  Children can not be released into the care of someone whom we do not have permission for.  We appreciate your support with this area of our duty of care.
