Year 10

What is the subject about?

In Year 10 Textiles, students develop their understanding of designing and constructing products, by applying the Double Diamond design process to design problems. They build on their Textiles skills and knowledge by using different materials, tools and technologies to create unique and functional products they will cherish for years to come. Students explore the factors that influences design, and research various artists and designers and create folios that communicate their journey of bringing their designers to life.
