Teijai Craig – “I love doing foods of the worlds because it provides me with the opportunity to create dishes from various parts of the world, dishes that are a mix of sweet as well as savoury, and they each have their own unique flavours and ways to cook them”.

Jazlyn Morris – “I joined foods of the world to learn about the diverse cuisine from many different cultures and I have loved cooking every dish we have made this year. When we cook these dishes we are not only learning the recipes but we learn some of the history behind the dish. I highly recommend foods of the world to anyone who loves cooking and learning about the vast and wonderful diversity between western and cultures from asian, hispanic and european origin, as well as how it has influenced our daily Australian cuisine
